Absolutely, we are 100% RMS agnostic and integrate into most platforms so there is no heavy lifting on your end.

Based on your order volume we charge a flat per Passalong fee, comparable to what a warehouse would charge to receive a return. You are saving on storage, and of course the secondary fulfillment & label costs for the next that time that product is purchased. We do not charge a monthly SaaS fees or long term contracts so trialing passalong is extremely low risk.

First, we ask the returner to confirm that the product has its tag on, and is still in its original condition (if apparel we ask that it has never been worn outside of trying it on).  If the return has been pre-purchased we also ask the returner to take a few photos, allowing our AI image verification to confirm the quality of the product. Lastly, the new buyer receives the product, they become your new “warehouse inspector" and verify that outside of the packaging, the product arrived in its original condition.

Of course. Customers will see two add to cart options, one normal and one passalong. If they select Passalong we display a window explaining exactly what Passalong is and what to expect and from the window they can again add to cart as Passalong, OR, add to cart as a normal purchase. 

We save our average customer around $10 for every Passalong that replaces a standard return. We do this by cutting out warehouse inspection and restocking, additional storage, and fulfillment and shipping when a new customer orders that product. 

 Yes! Passalong will help you calculate the environmental impact you are making by diminishing normal returns, but each Passalong will save an average of 2.5kg Co2 emissions! That is the equivalent to about 5 miles of driving a car on the road. It adds up fast!
