How It Works...
Simple Set Up: Using our admin portal, configure which SKUs are eligible for direct peer-to-peer returns.
Set Discount Rates: Set the discount % of each SKU for customers purchasing returned items. Decide on the discount yourself, or use our AI powered recommendation tool to set the right prices!

Automated Add to Cart Button: Once configured, an "Add To Cart As Passalong" button will appear directly inside of each eligible SKU in Shopify, allowing customers to pre-buy future returns at a discounted price.
Predictive AI Technology: Our AI tools will always be determining the optimal number of returns to sell for each SKU, limiting return sales based on expected supply.

Return Initiated: The returner will follow your existing return process inside of your RMS system.
AI Product Inspection: If the return has been pre-purchased, we will ask the returner to take a few photos for our AI product inspection tool, which will grade the quality of the product.
Intelligent Routing: If the product passes our digital inspection, we will automatically match the return to the optimal buyer based on when they purchased, and their distance from the return.
